She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas E. O'Brien, Jr.; her parents, Joseph Santoliquito and Helen Santoliquito (Santulli); her son Thomas J. O'Brien; and her siblings, Joseph, Anna and Robert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Maria Miller (Clark) and Christina Russell (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Alex, Angelina, Ethan, Jacob, Athena, Brynn, Ava and Andrew; and her family NJ.
Viewing was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Helena's Church (1489 Dekalb Pike, Blue Bell, PA 19422).
