He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Joseph and Philomena Marie Stemple (Vuotto); his wife Dolores A. Stemple (Cuthbertson); and his brother Charles J. Stemple. He is survived by : his children, Joseph Stemple, Jr. (Mary) of Lansdale, PA and Patti Zubey (Jay) of Spring City, PA; his sister Theresa Dundon of Fort Myers, FL; his grandchildren, Kevin (Therese), Julie (Colin), Brynne, Courtney (Brandon), Sean and Claire; and his great grandchildren, Madeline, Siena, Quinn, Connor and Dylan.

Viewing was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Eleanor's RC Church (647 Locust St, Collegeville, PA 19426). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
