She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Burns and Katherine Burns. She is survived by: her sons, John Deering (Pamela) of Minneapolis, MN, William Deering of Penllyn, PA and James Deering (Jennifer) of Temecula, CA.; her siblings, Joseph Burns and Maryann Janson; and her significant other Jim Schaefer. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church (259 Forest Ave, Ambler, PA 19002). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. John Neumann Cemetery (3797 County Line Rd, Chalfont, PA 18914).
