As we bid Patricia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Patricia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Barnes and Amanda Barnes (Smith); her husband Richard E. "Dick" Downin; her son Richard A. Downin; and her sister Gracie Lohman.
She is survived by: her children, Sondra Monn of Waynesboro, Debrah Rock of Waynesboro and Robert Downin of Leitersburg, MD; and her grandchildren, Stacey, Jeremy, Josh, Eli and Erin. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
