He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Downin and Marie Downin (Patterson); and his siblings, Alice Cramer of Waynesboro, Mary Smith and Paul Downin of Chambersburg, PA.
He is survived by : his wife Patricia Downin (Barnes); his children, Sondra Monn of Waynesboro, Debrah Rock of Waynesboro, Robert Downin of Leitersburg, MD and Richard A. Downin of Waynesboro; and his grandchildren, Stacey, Jeremy, Josh, Eli and Erin. He is also survived by two step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
