He is survived by: his children, David Clites of Orlando, Florida and Brittany Collins (Isaiah) of Daleville, Virginia; his grandchildren, Aidan, Parker and Axel Collins; his siblings, Robert Clites (Renee) of Greensboro, Bruce E. Clites (Christine) of Greensboro and Linda M. Monica (Joe) of Ruff Creek; his close friend Connie Kiger; and his pet Rocky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Inc. (300 S Vine St, Carmichaels, PA 15320). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the Laurel Point Cemetery (495 N Market St, Carmichaels, PA 15320).
