He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jr. Evers and Angeline Evers; and his grandson Tyler. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Evers; his children, Charles Evers IV (Nicole) and Janet Evers (Matt); his grandchildren, Brandon Evers, Daniel Evers, Matthew Evers and Savannah Janusky; his sister RuthAnn Slowik (Albert); his nephews, Joseph Alonso (Keira), Joseph Slowik (Ashley) and Michael Slowik (Krista); and his great-nephew Michael Alonso.
In his older years, Charles spent his time defying the odds by conquering injuries and illnesses, including Guillain-Barre syndrome and Covid, all of which he was told would be his end.
