Kozak (Boothwyn, Pennsylvania), born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Dolores may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dolores touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred J. Kozak, Sr.; her child Freddie Kozak; her granddaughter Bernadette Kozak; and her mother Helen McKenna. She is survived by: her children, Bernadette Nutinsky (Rich), Christopher Kozak, Lynn Marie Kozak and Karen Pugh (Dan).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. John Fisher Church (4225 Chichester Ave, Boothwyn, PA 19061). A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Lawn Croft Cemetery (1000 W Ridge Rd, Marcus Hook, PA 19061).
