She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Butcavage and Helen Motz Butcavage; her husband Nicholas Inzaina, Sr.; and her sister Louise Pate. She is survived by : her sons, Greg Pontillo (Gina), Matthew Pontillo (Donna O'Neill) and Mark Pontillo (Laurie); and her nieces, Stacey and Mandi Pate. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
