She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Burkholder and Sarah E. Burkholder (Blubaugh); her husband Frank J. "Dan" Wallet; and her siblings, Mary Ladue, Edna Hutzell, Betty Gilbert, Lena Kerlin, Melvia Guertin, Ineta Charlesworth, Alice Standridge and James Burkholder.
She is survived by: her daughter Dawn (Kenneth Bush); her granddaughters, Desiree (Bryan Mitchell), Frankie and Kendra Bush; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Bentley, Jerica, Heath and Jordyn; and her sister Ruthie Stevens (Fred). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
