He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Chauncey J. Ickes; and his daughter Alivia J. Ickes. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Ickes (Horner); his children, Coultan Lucas, Luke Zellem (Taylor) and Logan Zellem; his granddaughters, Luna Alivia Lucas and Isabel Zellem; his siblings, Cathy Snoeberger, Laurel (Richard Tinsmith), Susan Jack, Leslie Ickes, Bruce Ickes (Heather) and Stephen Ickes; and his pet Bella.
