He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Leone and Edith Vitale Leone; his wife Paula J. Leone (Miller); his son Thomas Leone; his grandson Justin Leone; and his siblings, James, Ben, Mary Dorcy, Catherine Trevelline and Emma Leone.

He is survived by: his sons, Joe Leone (Chris) of Boyers and Dan Leone (Sue) of Butler; his grandchildren, Nicolas, Erica and Haley; his stepgrandchildren, Lauren and Carlie; and his sister Dora Bonetti. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
