She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Swartzlander and Gladys A. Swartzlander (Flick); her daughter Linda Kay; and her son-in-law Keith Martino. She is survived by: her husband Richard A. DeMatteis; her children, Rick DeMatteis of Pittsburgh, Patti Martino (Gary) of Boyers and Toni Tiche (Sam) of Boyers; her grandchildren, Natalie DeMatteis, Ashley Geibel (Chad), Lewis Martino (Morgan), Tarra Burk, Alexa DeMatteis, Kennedy DeMatteis, Kristina Goyak (Corey), Ryan Heller (Ashton) and Victoria DeMatteis; her great grandchild Riley Geibel; her sister-in-law Donna Ross (Mike) of Slippery Rock; and her sisters, Margret "Peggy" Rittenhouse of Ohio, Nora Spohn of Butler and Wilda Kenny of Tarentum. She is also survived by her family, especially her love for her grandchildren and welcoming their friends.
