She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Spence of Boyertown; her parents, Austin Lorenzo Taylor and Esther Olive Taylor (Althouse); her children, Judith Hissim and Brian Spence; and her grandchildren, Devin Spence and Wendy Spence.

She is survived by: her children, Leanne Mallin (Paul Gillane), Carol Lorah (Troy) and Jeff Spence (Joan); her grandchildren, Rob, Matt, Jocelynne, Taylor, Bryan, Dan, Anthony, Michelle, Shane, Seth, Alexis, Shaun and Jaclyn; and her daughter-in-law Maritza. She is also survived by twenty great grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd United Church of Christ (35 W Philadelphia Ave, Boyertown, PA 19512). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd UCC at the address above, or the charity of your choice.
