He was predeceased by: his parents, David A. Nagel and Evelyn F. Nagel (Reigner); his wife Susan L. Nagel (Angstadt); his son Darren Nagel; and his siblings, Cynthia Nagel and Blain Nagel.
He is survived by: his sons, Derek A. Nagel (Marcie L.) and Ryan A. Nagel of Norwood, PA.; and his grandchildren, Derek Jr., Devin, Savanna, Carson and Trinity.
