He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Frederick and Helen Frederick (Albertini). He is survived by: his daughters, Emily Frederick and Lynsey Frederick; his grandchildren, Gavin Frederick (Sarah), Martin "Marty" Reph, Sylvia Reph, Theodore Reph, Harvey Reph and Sonny Marks; his sisters, Lois "Tina" Bell (Louis) and Helen Carol McGlone; and his brother-in-law Earl (late Sandra Rose Graham).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home (135 Bridge St, Spring City, PA 19475).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tommy's honor may be made to the Owen J. Roberts Music Parents Organization and mailed to the school, c/o Director Ben Hayes, 981 Ridge Road, Pottstown, PA 19465. Donations may also be made online to the Chester County Food Bank.
