He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Peltzman (Linda); and his parents, Jerome Peltzman and Rosalie Peltzman. He is survived by: his wife Lisa (Carpinona); his children, Jerome Peltzman (Adrian) and Ashley Fernandez (Frankie); his sister Marsha Grondzki (Thomas); and his grandchild Sydney Rose. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
