He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Spiker and Martha Spiker (Bittner); his grandson Karter Paul Michael; his sister Joyce Spiker; his in-laws, Hubert and Evelyn Wright; and his pet Barney.
He is survived by: his wife Susan E. Spiker (Wright); and his daughters, Jenny Herring (Jimmy), Mindy Swauger (Rick) and Jessica Spiker (Jim). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
