He is survived by: his wife Cindi Hawk Dorn of Lower Burrell, PA; his children, Matthew Dorn of Washington, PA., Colby Dorn of New Kensington, PA, Morgan Dorn of Lower Burrell, PA and Lexi Dorn of Lower Burrell, PA; his siblings, Bill Dorn of Pittsburgh, PA. and Susan Kraynak of Latrobe, PA.; and his close friend Traci Alworth.
