He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jenkins, and Iona Jenkins, Jr. (Layne); his wife Tracy Malecki-Cook; his children, Jerome Kenny and Tiffany Malecki-Cook; and his siblings, Mattie Layne and Tony Layne.
He is survived by: his children, Tyrone Kenny of Pgh, Rhashid Woods of Sewickley, Eric Hollins of Pgh, Rahim Cook of St. Petersburg, FL, Ahmed Gilbert (Desiree) of Aliquippa, Louis Owen of Brackenridge, Ashley Cook of Charlotte, NC, Justin Hayden (Jennifer), Nathan Fletcher of Coraopolis, Brittany Malecki-Cook (Breanna Toney) and Greensburg; his brother Joseph Miller (Sue Ann) of Leechburg; and his close friend Bonnie Gould. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Duster Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. (347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, PA 15084). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
