He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Valasek and Karolina Valasek (Hrustinec); and his siblings, Emanuel, Robert Valasek, Bertie Kort, Margie Maliszewski, Millie Mazur and Dolores O'Connell.
He is survived by: his wife Marian Valasek (Weleski); his children, Michael Valasek (Janet) of New Kensington, Jeannie, Joseph_ Kraynik of Natrona Heights and Robert Valasek (Melissa) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Jason Valasek (Liz), Jessica Farneth (Mark), Sarah Kraynik, Steven Kraynik (Emma) and Hailey Valasek; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Presley and Beau; and his sister Yvonne Jungle (Bernard) of Butler.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home (1522 Carlisle St, Natrona Heights, PA 15065). A prayer will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc. (1522 Carlisle St, Natrona Heights, PA 15065). A Mass will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Most Blessed Sacrament Church (800 Montana Ave, Natrona Heights, PA 15065).
