We announce the death of Gordon L. Curtis of Brackney, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 5, 2026, at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his father Walter Leroy Curtis; his stepfather Fletcher E. Chapin; his mother Helen G. Chapin (Curtis); his brothers, Charles Earl Curtis of Vestal and Eugene Paul Curtis of Fairfield; and his sister-in-law Joan Ross of Peoria.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Evelyn Curtis (Ross); his son Glenn Lee; his daughter-in-law Beth Curtis of Brackney; his sons, Scott Gordon Curtis and Todd Ross Curtis of Forest Lake, Pennsylvania.; his grandson Kenneth Lee Curtis of Hallstead; and his sisters-in-law, Carole Curtis of Vestal and Clara Curtis of Fairfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
