She was predeceased by: her father William; and her sisters, Dolores Egan and Marian Balaschak. She is survived by: her children, David Jacobs (Marguerite) of Mims, Florida, Deborah Guida III (Anthony) of Plum and Kimberly Connelly (late Regis) of Valencia; her grandchildren, Wendy Edwards (Harold), Jessica Bennett (Brian), David Jacobs, Nicole Hornack (Seth), Michael Guida and Matt Connelly (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Aubrie, Evan, Ariana, Everett, Gemma, Peyton, Faith, Seth and Declan.
