He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Wilkins (Highberger); his daughters, Amber Wilkins and Lynette Luster (Douglas); his grandchildren, Michael James and Charlotte Maxine Luster; his sister Sandra Wilkins; and his nephews, Craig Wilkins (Susan) and Michael Highberger (Bridget). He is also survived by his family, his many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the TBD Grandview Golf Club.
