He is survived by : his former life partner Nancy Fertal (Banks); his children, Michael Fertal (Ana) of Naperville, IL and Lindsay Fertal (Erin) of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Alina Fertal and Lucas Fertal; and his sister Christine "Chris" Fertal (Tony Matrazzo) of North Braddock.
