He is survived by: his wife Mary Cukierski of Bradford; his daughter Jennifer Johnson of Kenosha, WI; his grandson Tyler Johnson of Kenosha, WI; and his brothers, Gerald Cukierski of Chicago, Joseph Cukierski (Eileen) of Chicago and Michael Cukierski (Margerita) of Chicago. He is also survived by many nephews and one niece.
