With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn Penny Neumann (Bradford, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 29, 2026 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ruble and Clara Ruble (Gess). She is survived by: her husband Wolfgang Henry Neumann; her son Robert Neumann (Dee); her granddaughter Autumn Neumann of Bradford; and her brother Robert D. Ruble.
