We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2021, at the age of 87, Joan M. McAndrew (Bradford, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Balon and Grace Balon (Quinn); her husband Richard F. McAndrew; and her sister Barb Carlson. She is survived by: her children, Mary Quinlisk (Jack) of Pittsburgh, Grace Whitnah (Wes) of Layton, UT, Ann Conlon (Michael) of Pittsburgh and Dr. Joseph McAndrew (Deborah) of Dubois; her grandchildren, Jeni McAndrew, Katie Davis, Liz McAndrew, Matt, Kevin Quinlisk, Becky (Boudrero), Rob, Sean, Bethany (Johnson), Bryan Whitnah and Amanda Conlon; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Domenic, Lia, Duke, Tate, Sara, Addy and Chloe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
