She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Warzinski and Julia Warzinski (Owad); and her husband John W. Hayes Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Hervatin (Steven) of Lewis Run, John W. Hayes III (Claudia) of Bad Schwalbach and George M. Hayes (Laura) of Limestone, NY; her grandchildren, Christopher Hayes (Kira) of Germany, Marc Hayes (Miriam) of Germany, Zachary Hayes (Samantha) of Limestone, Mackenzie Little (Dalton) of Bradford and Jered Hayes of Allegany, NY; and her brother Joseph P. Warzinski (Genevieve).
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc. (33 South Ave, Bradford, PA 16701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at the 19th Funeral Home South Ave (33 South Ave, Bradford, PA 16701).
