She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas E. Ackerman Sr.; her stepmother Virginia Birkmier (Tom); and her daughter Kathleen Ackerman. She is survived by: her children, Mary Eileen Ackerman of Bradford, Thomas E. Ackerman II (Gretchen) of Worcester, MA, Stephen J. Ackerman (Lyndi) of Bradford, David M. Ackerman (Carrie) of Allentown, Michael K. Ackerman of Olean, NY and Robert J. Ackerman of Bradenton; and her brothers, John Birkmier and Harry Birkmier Jr..
