He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold James and Margaret Fay (Atkinson); his siblings, James Fay and Kathryn Gazdik; and his brother-in-law Lawrence Gazdik.
He is survived by: his wife Debbora Fay (Cobb); his children, Michael Harold Fay, Jr., Melissa Ann Fay and Mallory Margaret Fay; his grandsons, Andrew Michael Cox and Jay Thomas Newcombe; his brother Patrick Fay (Audrey); his sisters-in-law, Ellen Fay and Martha Kightlinger (Bruce); his parents-in-law, Robert Cobb and Virginia Wonsettler; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Cobb (Maricella) and Brian Cobb (Janna).
