She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Smith and Rita Smith (Peters); and her spouse Thomas G. Grady. She is survived by: her children, Susan Martin of Milton, Michael Grady (Patricia) of Bradford and James Grady (Danielle) of Bradford; her grandchildren, Daniel, Sara, Ian, Brennan, Aaron, Joshua and Brian; her great grandchild Madison; and her siblings, Patricia Stewart of Norwich, CT and Gregory Smith (Nancy) of Rochester, NY..
