He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Skaggs and Hilda Skaggs Sr. (Bedell); his wife Bonita "Bonnie" Skaggs (Learn); his sons, Roy Skaggs, Gregory Skaggs and Ralph Skaggs Jr.; and his brothers, Robert "Bobby" Skaggs, Harold Skaggs, Thomas Skaggs Jr. and Floyd Skaggs.
He is survived by : his sons, Bradley J. Skaggs (Kathleen Danias) of Bradford and Derick L. Skaggs of Bradford; his grandchildren, Brenden Skaggs, Bryce Skaggs (Brianna Siebert), Brett Danias-Skaggs (Kiara Hogue), Christopher Skaggs and Randy Skaggs; and his great grandchild Blakely. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials contributions, if desired, may be made to, the Bradford Nursing Pavilion, Bradford Ecumenical Home, or a charity of the donor's choice.
