He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Casper and J. Arlene Dryer Casper; his wife Sarah J. Coy; his brother Raymond J. Casper; and his son-in-law Thomas Ferragine.
He is survived by: his daughters, Alice Ferragine of Bradford and Brenda Jones (David) of Strattanville; his grandchildren, Emily McClaine (Jeremy), Daniel Lamielle (Chloe), John Lamielle, Courtney Bowser (Zachary) and Adam Bond (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Elliana McClaine, Elliott Lamielle, Benjamin Bowser, Oliver and Charlie Bond; and his sister-in-law Laura Casper of Bradford.
