He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Kocuba (Greg) and Richard S. Waite; his grandchildren, Lane, Staci, Scott, Olivia and Kaitie (Logan); his great grandchildren, Ariana and Aiden; his sisters, Nancy Gloyd (Roy) and Linda Earley; and his sister-in-law Betty Jo Waite.
