He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald B. McAdams and Jean L. McAdams (Xander); and his brother-in-law Joseph Webster. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Susan McAdams (Spencer); his children, Heidi Pernia (Cesar) of Reigelsville, PA, Mark McAdams-Templeton (Evan) of Pittsburgh, PA and Jason McAdams (Michelle); his sisters, Dianna McQueeney (Patrick) of Utica, NY and Deborah Webster (late Joe) of Westfield, IN; and his grandchildren, Nolan Pernia, Zachary Pernia, Jack McAdams, Elle McAdams and Michael McAdams.
