He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Heber and Richard Johnson; his brother Roger Johnson; and his uncles, Charles Heber and Howard Frank.
He is survived by: his daughter Cassie Johnson (Dave McNeight, III); his grandson Jackson McNeight; his siblings, Joan Johnson, Richard Johnson (Anne), Raymond Johnson (Susan), Ronald Johnson (Denise) and Ross Johnson (Robert); his aunts, Jeanne Heber and Margaret Frank; and his close friends, Dave Gebauer, Jerry Peterson (Tammy) and Betty Rice. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
