She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Donner and Irene Heidenfeldt Donner; her brother Oran Donner; and her daughter-in-law Lynn Blasdell. She is survived by: her husband Allen O. Blasdell; her children, A. Jeffrey Blasdell of Jamestown, Wendy Elderkin (Richard) and Christine Anderson (Steven) of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Stephanie Bruno (Philip), Mark Blasdell (Kristy), Eric Elderkin (Monica), Andrew Blasdell, Amanda Anderson, Samantha Kapuscinski (Dana) and Nicholas Anderson (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Jackson, Logan, Liam, Lucas, Avery, Evan, Gavin, Hunter, Jeffrey, Maxwell, Rylee, Zachary and Audrey; and her brothers, Ronald "Mick" Donner and Paul Donner of Busti.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Peterson Funeral Home (12 N Pearl St, Frewsburg, NY 14738). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family will always be grateful for the exceptional care provided to Shirley during her time at Memory Garden, thus, any memorials may be made in Shirley's name to Memory Garden at 560 Fairmount Avenue WE, Jamestown, NY 14701.
