He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul L. Barrett and Margaret Barrett (Beckwith); and his brother Donald Barrett. He is survived by : his wife Carol Sue Barrett (Byham); his children, Amy Sage (Jim) of Pittsburgh, Jeffrey Barrett of Orlando, FL, Douglas Barrett (Kim) and Sean Barrett of Bradford; and his grandchildren, Casey Sage and Kylie Sage.

Memorial contributions if desired may be made to the Hill Memorial United Methodist Church 44 Kennedy Street Bradford, or the SPCA, or the donor's choice.
