She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry F. Strand and Marie E. Strand (Johnson); her daughter Debi Stiefel; and her siblings, William Strand, Anna Graham, Shirley Layton and Donna Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Randolph (Quania) of Lawrenceburg, KY, Greg Randolph of Bradford, David Randolph (Karen) of Orlando, FL. and Virginia; her granddaughters, Heather Whittemore (Brandon) of Bradford, Rachel Frisina (Mark) of Bradford, Sarah Housler (Sean) of State College, Danielle Houser (Dale) of Orlando, FL and Brittaney Schwartz (Randy) of Orlando, FL.; her great grandchildren, Liam, Brianne, Benjamin, Jack, Josiah, Brielle, Isaiah, Sadie, Moses, Ezra, Nehemiah, Zion and Judah; and her sister Sarah Lanier of Griffin, GA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Debi Randolph Stiefel Memorial Fund via the Bradford Hospital Foundation benefiting The Pavilion and its residents.
