He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Marquardt and Rose Smith Colts; his brothers, Timmy Colts and Louis J. Colts; and his nephew Louis J. Colts, Jr. (Tonya Kline).
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Mason (Brad) of La Jolla, CA and Jonathan Colts of Bradford; his brothers, Richard Colts (Rhonda) of Bradford and Robert Colts of Bradford; and his grandchildren, Jordyn Colts of Coral Springs, FL and Bryce Mason of La Jolla, CA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
