George Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Smith of Branchdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 13, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Smith and Clara May Smith (Bressler); his son Kevin Smith; and his siblings, Pearl, Harvey Smith, Lester Smith (Dorothy), Guy Smith (Shirley) and Charles Smith (Lorraine).
He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Smith (Kushmanik); his children, Robert G. Smith (Amy Betz) of Minersville and Jennifer R. Kostishak (John) of Branchdale; his grandchildren, Bradley Kostishak, Brandon Kostishak (Erika), Wesley Brugger (Kelissa), Bobby Brugger, Desiree Smith and Alexandria Brugger; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Brugger. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
