He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan T. Wickline and Nanci Miller (Paxton); his grandparents, Lysle, Molly Wickline, Bob and Norma Paxton; and also Michael Wickline.

He is survived by: his daughter Billie Marie Bruce; his sister Jordan Orlovsky; his cousins, Justin Best, Jake Wickline and Tony Cortese; his friends, Stephanie and Brandon; and also Anthony Cortese.
