She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert M. Fox and Bette V. Fox (Pfeiffer). She is survived by: her husband David R. Kushner; her children, Katelyn L. Neal (Damon) and Kellen D. Kushner; her siblings, Thomas Fox (Patricia), Roberta Boone and Margaret Bourg (Henry); her nieces, Pamela Canty (Tyrone) and Victoria Butler (Garvey); and her siblings-in-law, Linda Zakowski (Rodney), Nancy Kushner-Nobles (Kathy), Joseph Kushner and Robert Kushner (MaryAnn). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc. (4201 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
