He is survived by: his wife Janet Bittner; his children, Shawn Bittner (Sylvia) and Tara Banasick; his granddaughters, Makayla, Sydney and Brooklyn; his sisters, Mary Ann Shiring (John), Janet Pasquini (Buzz) and Barbara Driver (Joe); and his nieces and nephews, Grant, Kelsey, Gavin, Carly, Gina, Paige and Christy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
