With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patrick McCaffrey of Brentwood, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Lynn McCaffrey (Jones); his children, Michael P. McCaffrey (Danielle) and Kara Lombardo (Joe); his grandchildren, Callie, Connor, Cooper McCaffrey, Rylie and Logan Lombardo; and his mother Mary McCaffrey.
A reception will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM and from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc. (4201 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 9:45 AM.
