Nora (Rapant) LeGendre Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nora (Rapant) LeGendre (Bridgeport, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 27, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rapant and Margaret Rapant; her sister Anna Thomas; her nephew Anthony Thomas; and her parents-in-law, Gerald and Ann Marie Therese LeGendre.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald LeGendre Jr.; her daughters, Leanne LeGendre (Jarrod Showers) and Margaret LeGendre (Luke Tonia); her grandchildren, Alexis Showers, Aren Fritz, Emily Showers, Evan Showers and Georgi Tonia; and her son-in-law Jarrod. She is also survived by 12 brothers- and sisters-in-law, as well as 29 nieces and nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Penn Medicine Abramson Cancer Center in memory of Nora LeGendre.
