She was predeceased by: her husband George Lutz, Jr.; her grandson Charles Lutz; her great grandchild Kathryn Lutz; and her parents, John Dzurichko and Maria Hajnik.
She is survived by: her children, George Lutz, III (late Beth) and Sharon Blasch (Matt); her grandchildren, Michelle Fox (Dave), Jennifer Schiebel (Sean), George Lutz, IV (Sharon), Michael Lutz (Jennifer), Matthew Blasch (Stephanie) and Loriel Blasch; her great grandchildren, Holly Fox, Jonathan Schiebel, Samantha Schiebel, George Lutz, Michael Lutz, Jr., Gabriel Lutz, Jake Lutz, Lucas Lutz, Quinn Blasch, Sadie Blasch and Ashley Lutz; and her siblings, Mary Manko Anna (Infant), John, Mike, Stephen, George, Andrew, Joseph, Irene Luffy and Albert.
