He was predeceased by: his siblings, Frank "Fritz" Chickis (Judy), Norma Stampfel (Jim), Gary Chickis (Marcia) and Greg Chickis. He is survived by: his wife Grace Chickis (Fisher); his children, Heather Chickis and Rob (Darnell); his grandchildren, Dustin Chickis (Kayla), Allison Chickis, Brad Terry and Reese Terry; and his friend Ricky George. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home (3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA 15017). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc. (3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA 15017). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 1:30 PM at the National Cemeteries of the Alleghenies (1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
