She is survived by: her sons, Robert Starkey (Tracy), Keith Starkey, Kevin Starkey (Jacquelyn) and Chris Starkey (Nikki); her sister Shirley Shoaff of Salem, OH; her grandchildren, Jaret, Caleb, Alexia and Alyssa Starkey; her stepgranddaughter Michelle Schinke; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Victoria, Jordan and Julia Schinke. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
